Head chef Frank Weilacher is for many years now the master of kitchen and cellar at the Entzalhotel. With his team he often introduces new culinary pleasures for the taste/gums and the eyes. He doesn’t only cook with his skills but also with love. This you can taste throughout the day - from the breakfast buffet in the morning, the light lunch, the sweet offers at the afternoon buffet until the culinary final at dinner. A selection of regional wine specialities of Baden gives you the opportunity to learn that the Black Forest is also famous for its excellent quality.
