Tour 1 - Kohlenmunks charburner’s tour (easy)

The trail rises to the strawberry plateau where you have an excellent view over Enzklösterle. A slow rise at the magnificent Rohnbach-valley up to the Viereichenhütte (Four-Oak-hut).The trail goes back across the Dieters-hill to the valley of the river Enz, again with a great view over Enzklösterle.

Description of the trail

Starting point is at the Tourist Information Office
leave car park behind and go to the street
turn right, slightly uphill
after a 100 m turn left at country Inn ‚Krone‘
shortly after turn half-right into Hilschtal street, follow uphill
turn left at the hiking carpark and follow the street uptill towards ‚Rohnbach‘
pass the strawberry plateau and keep straight on direction ‚Rohnbach‘
turn left after 100 m
at ‚Rußhütt‘ turn right still direction ‚Rohnbach‘
at the beginning of the Rohnbach street turn right to ‚Rohnbachhof‘
stay on the left side of the river, carry on uphill til you reach ‚Viereichenhütte‘ (Four-Oak-hut)
turn right at ‚Viereichenhütte‘ direction ‚Gernsbacher Steige‘, soon it will go downhill
at ‚Gernsbacher Steige‘ turn left uphill
at ‚Staubusch‘ it goes steep downhill, direction ‚Nonnenmiß‘
